Start by waking. Have a goal of walking for an hour, but start where you are comfortable, even if this means a few minutes. Or, break it up and do half one time and the other half later.Look at your diet. It will be hard, but the more you can eliminate processed junk and eat whole foods, the better off you will be. If it is in a package, avoid it. No flour, sugar- bread, cookies, crackers, ice cream, candy. You know what you should be eating.
Lean meat like chicken and turkey or lean red meat once in a while, eggs if you eat them (I don't). Vegetables, limit the starchy ones. No potatoes. Limit the fruit to two or three servings a day. Nuts and nut butters without added sugar. Watch your nut portions. Let go of fried food. Read nutritional info and eat at home.
Once a week for one meal, have some junk, your junk of choice. Some dark chocolate every once in a while (70%) won't hurt you. Like a square every other day.
