
I've already lost some weight. Since my max (182 lb) it's been 2 years now. My weight since then was between 160 lb and 163 lb. I'm currently around 154 lb and my final goal is 132 lb but mostly I want to get fit. I want to build a little bit of muscles, especially a nice rounded butt and a flat stomach and I want to be able to run al least a 5k.
