Hello-- I am new here. Have lurked in past but now having issues with getting and staying on track.
I've had lots of life changes over past 2 years and this hasn't helped my weight. I had lost 88 lbs (goal was 95 lbs) but have gained back 25 lbs over the past couple of years.
At this point, I'd like to lose 25 to 30 lbs but am struggling even losing 5 lbs.
I am hoping some of the accountability and 'company' will help. My fitness buddies have all moved over past 2 years ( married, job transfers, moved home to take care of aging parents....) so I have been struggling alone and obviously it isn't working
