Cool hello had my first weigh in!

Hi new to this never posted anything before. Just started the ip diet and had my first weigh in only lost 2.5 pounds. hopefully next week will be higher. did not cheat at all. im going to keep going. just finding it hard right now. well must go drink my shake and 2 cups of kale! love all the support on here. feeling a bit frustrated but going to keep going.

2.5 lbs is INCREDIBLE! Congratulations! All it takes is one lb at a time! Sometimes you'll lose more, sometimes less, but you are always in the right direction!!!

thanks everybody for the support!! purchased some more ip foods today. having trouble eating the breakfast foods do not like the omelettes or the soup. does anyone have any suggestions for me just sticking to shakes right now.
