Long time lurker
Hello all, I have been a lurker on these forums for quite some time, and have tried to lose weight a few times, but couldn't stick with it. I'm hoping this is my last time trying and my first time succeeding.
My diet plan is 1200 calories every day with lots of protein and very little carbs. I don't do cheat days, so all I'm eating is healthy things. I've been at it for almost a month now, and have lost over 7 and a half lbs. I'm eager to keep going and succeed!
Any input would be appreciated!
