Question Medifast/tsfl newbie here

Hi all! Excited to meet new friends who are experiencing similar journey to improve health. I have been on different weight loss plans before, some successful, some not. Two months ago I decided I was in need of a change and a friend of mine us a tsfl health coach. I was nervous to start. I've never been on a plan where you need to buy certain food. Well it's definitely worked so far. Today I am two months in and 22lbs lighter. I'm half way to my goal.

My question is, if there is anyone who is on medifast or another plan where you buy your good through the company, have you had joint/muscle pain? I have major stiffness especially in my hips that I have never experienced before. As I was searching online for info on why this may be, the only thing that stood out at me as a possibility it a reaction to ingesting so much artificial sweetener.

Would love to hear if anyone has had a similar experience & what they did to remedy. If I should cut back on the medifast food, if I should stop altogether. I'm having do much progress with this, I'd hate to stop now. But I'm also scared of my body getting sick.
