  • Found this website and can't stop reading all the fantastic support being offered. I have tried unsuccessfully to lose weight for a few years but keep gaining instead. As a petite woman every pound looks like two. My goal is to try and lose a pound a week (maybe more with extra workouts) and be healthy by this time next year.

  • Diets haven't worked for me in the past, so this time, it's eating less and exercising more. I bought a treadmill which should be arriving this weekend and have signed up for a zumba class.

    I have to say "congratulations" as your weight loss is quite impressive.

    zumba's really fun, i actually had zimba classes for a while but than i switched to the gym because i can go every day at the time most convenient to me.
    do whatever works for you hun! don't forget to drink A LOT of water though! that's a must!

  • drinking like 2L of water a day, or a big glass every 2 hours
