Exclamation weight watchers 123 success program (1996-97)

Hi.
I am looking for the original program for the 123 success program from 1996-97 I lost 65 in 3 mos on that plan and it was easy to remember.
I have found food point lists and cookbooks on amazon and ebay, but nothing that says the part about "you can have this many points a day" that's what I desperately need. But from the 123 success the original program. Hoping that you can help so I can get restarted right away. Hello and thanks!

Welcome, tryinagain2013! You might get a better response to your question down in the Weight Watchers section: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/weight-watchers-18/

Stick around -- this is a great place for support and encouragement!

Hi TryinAgain2013! I posted a link that I hope might be of help (although maybe not) in the Weight Watchers forum for you. Good luck!

I am looking for one too. I have my food and eating out companion books and my slider but can't find my guide.

Default Found it - "Daily POINTS Range"

This is a copy of some WW literature I had back in the late 90s. I think it's probably what you're looking for.

Your Current Weight / Daily POINTS Range

less than 150 pounds / 18-23
150 to 174 pounds / 20-25
175 to 199 pounds / 22-27
200 to 224 pounds / 24-29
225 to 249 pounds / 26-31
250 to 274 pounds / 28-33
275 to 299 pounds / 29-34
300 to 324 pounds / 30-35
325 to 349 pounds / 31-36
more than 350 pounds / 32-37

"Growing teens (females under 16, males under 19): Add an additional 2 POINTS to your Daily POINTS Range"

Can you tell I never throw anything away? LOL! Good grief.
