Hi! I'm Gwen and new here. I knew I had gained weight (a lot), but there is nothing like seeing a picture of yourself to bring it home - yikes!!

I started Ideal Protein on August 30. Already down a little over 9 pounds - that's 9 pounds I'll never have to lose again!!
