Hi all im Brooke and i think we all know why im here
Wanna get fit and healthy, loose some weight and dont gain it all back as i did till now, i was a yoyo victim but now that im here i hope i will get some advice how i can make it right and healthy and make some friends here
YAY lifestyle change. I'm pretty much anti-diet and basically started with making small changes. I'd give up one thing until I got that down and move on to the next, smaller meals, more veggies, more eating at home. I don't deprive myself, but I try and be aware of whats going in my mouth.
I work out and I try and make it something I like doing...rather than feeling like I was forcing myself to do it. I love weight and water so I stick to those..I add in walking for cardio and I am trying out daily burn to kick it up a notch.
