Hello all, I'm new to this site but not new to the fight! I have in the past weighed in over 250 and currently am at 165 BUT I was down to 130 a couple of years ago and then life happened, then happened again and again.
<<< and so I did that again and again. It's been a struggle and I am my own worst enemy constantly poking at this side or that side, looking in the mirror saying where did that come from... oh right .... >>>
So it is really time for me to say
more of that and get down to the nitty gritty and start feeling happy and healthy once more!
