New, first time joining weight loss group

  • Hi! I'm new and would like to share a few things about me…

    I just turned 25 years old and have gained about 60lbs in the last few years… I would very much like to get rid of most if not all of the weight I've gained.

    I used to be a dancer and was very fit. I stopped exercising and started eating way more then my body needs, hence all the weight gain. I've started and stopped many diets over the last year, telling myself this time was going to be different and would stick it out until I saw results, only to stop again a few weeks into it. I'm joining this forum as a kind of way to hold myself accountable so that hopefully that doesn't happen again. My body feels weak and I am terrified of pictures and just need a change!!!
