Thumbs up Hi let's fight the fat!

I'm 5'7 and am 184 lb. I used to be 128-134lb. So I know I have to start some where and need all the help I can get with losing weight and staying fit. I want to make a lifestyle change for the better. So just wanted to say hi to all of you guys in the same boat. Let's fight the fat!!!

Welcome! We all start (and sometimes restart, then restart, then restart again!) somewhere! Lots of great groups on here, I think you'll find plenty of support!

Hi Mrs Snark and Lady of Wisdom thanks so much for being so supportive! I'm starting my cardio workout now! Hopefully I can get through it! And yes the Fat must Die! Quick question where does everyone get those cool emoticons and scales recording their weight? Thanks again.

Red face The start of a whole new me!

Hello all,
I am new to online support and excited to have to encourment, advice and support from others that are or have been in my boat. I recently have gained 24 pounds back and can not tell you how sick about it I am.

I am looking for advice on the IP diet plan.

Cant wait to make some buddies and offer my support to all.

Fatcat123 it would be great to stay in touch and motivate each other to lose weight! I also joined online today and need to get from 89kg to 72kg! Really need some daily motivation!! Hope we can help each other!

Hi Nadz1 and Jeztic I would love to support you guys both! And Daily motivation is also what I need Nadz1! Well my plan so far is cutting down on processed sugars and I've been doing 30 minutes of cardio and yoga for about 10 minutes to cool down and I go on a daily walk. So far I'm trying to watch what I eat and I'm trying not to splurge... But I will be honest I do have those days where I cheat but one day at a time. We can help each other become more consistent in exercise and the food we eat! I'm sure you will all reach ur goals! Thanks guys and keep in touch! I added you as my buddies
