Newbie on the go again
Hi! I'm new here, but not knew to dieting like somebody else mentioned. I had a weight loss of 28 lbs and over the winter I gained 10 of them back...(no bueno!) I want to go down to 150 and I know that the majority of it has to do with diet, which is hard as I am a culinary student and handle a full time job. I realize what worked for me before is calorie counting. This time around I will continue to count calories, but I also want to plan my menu in advance (which I wasn't doing before) in order to make sure I am accounting for different vitamins and nutrients. Hopefully you gals and guys can give me some pointers!!!
