May this be the last and lasting time
Hi all. Everything I've tried alone has been, eventually, unsuccessful.m I've lost up to 35 lbs in the past, but I truly have 135 to lose.
I haven't tried support and I'm hopeful that it's the missing key.
I'm vegetarian - do eat eggs and cheese. And fish.
Carbs and cheese seem to be what I always reach for.
It's killing me.
I feel much better when I eat clean protein and healthy veggies. I know this.
I feel much better after a 40-min swim in the morning. I know this.
Was a runner, now knee cartilage ripped in both. walking bad for me now. Sheesh.
Bought Spirutein today for am and pm meal replacements.
The exercise and clean food prep means putting my body's needs before all the other life priorities. Not good at that.
Financial Controller for two different organizations. No stress there, right?
I'm happy to be here with you all, and have always found that helping others makes me feel better, so shout back and we can make believers out of each other.
I will use My Fitness Pal to track calories. It keeps me honest.
Food has always been my comfort for daily stress - something to look forward to. Did I mention it's killing me?
Love to cook, love cooking shows but must make far better choices.
