Hi I am 52 and have just started my weight loss well I started in February after being diagnosed Type 2 diabetes I think I have done okay I am now at 270 I started at 306 but I decide I need to look for some support I don't have it at home and I started to but some back on I have gained 4lb and I want to keep going down so I really need some help to stay on track when my husben thinks I am just fine. But I want this for me and right now my goal is 180 lbs I know I should lose more then that because I am only 5'2 but I have now been very over weight for over 27 year's and 27 years ago I was at 180 and thats why thats my goal
