Wink Round Two...
This is my second try with Ideal Protein. Last year I lost 36 pounds but didn't go onto maintenance and eventually gained back 15 of those lost pounds. I can't wear any of my clothes and I'm determined to lose the weight and keep it off this time. Thought a blog might help me stay on track...I'm on day 3 and am hungrier today than I was on day 1 and 2
