This is my third time loosing a (what I hope will be) substantial amount of weight.

When I was 15 I went from 170lbs to 112lbs. When I was 19 I went from 198lbs to 130lbs, each time over about 8ish months. However each time I then gained it back.

I'm now 25 and am hoping this time it will last.
I decided at the end of February, on the 24th, that I would lose weight again but this time I would keep it off! My start weight was 224lbs and I am currently at 203lbs, which I think is a good start.

I'm hoping that by talking to people here I can keep myself motivated and make actual changes that will allow me to keep the weight off.

Welcome!! You've done awesome so far, that's an incredible loss for one month. This place is certainly a good place to keep motivated. I like to come here when I'm having a crazy or feeling lazy - it makes me get off my butt and make smart choices.
