Post Hi Everyone! First time here...
This is my first time posting in any forum. I have been conscious of being overweight since I was 6 years old and have struggled with my weight since my early teens. I have tried many diets. Most worked for a while, then I would invariably gain it back. I just started private coaching sessions yesterday and thought that being public about my struggles and progress would help keep me focused and accountable. Also I would like to be able to support others on their journey to a healthy weight.
