Default Hi. totally new to 3FC
Hi everyone. this is my first time here. I participated in forums before--about 10 years ago when i was on south beach. Now I am just looking for some general support. I only have about 10 pounds to lose but its difficult as I struggle with GAD and binge eating disorder. Looking forward to joining some forums and supporting others if i can!

Heyo! Welcome back to the forums. =D And, yeah, losing 10 pounds can definitely be labeled as DIFFICULT. We're here for ya though!
