Hi! I randomly came across this site while looking into Eliptical Training. I would like to lose 50 lbs. Have been trying for the last 10 years. I have recently hit the big 50 and really want to get in shape and lose weight. Tired of being overweight and want to feel good about myself. Looking for support and dieting tips. Got on eliptical today and was only able to do 5 min. Feel ok about that after reading this is the norm for most people who haven't exercised in forever. Guess daily training will help. I would also like to start yoga. Have done in the past and want to back with some videos. My youngest graduates in 3 months and I want to be able to look nice in the pictures and feel good about myself. Ok guess this is enough rambling...First time poster.
I was the same way when I first started. Doing even 5 minutes of elliptical was tough for me. Now, I can do 30 minutes no problem. It just takes time. Keep at it, and you'll get there.
