HI guys! I was a member here once upon a time, though I don't remember how active I was. I think I mainly read along. ;) But here I am again, and I need some support and such, and what better place than here?

So a bit of backstory.. back in 2006, I lost 60+ pounds on Atkins. I got the job of my dreams at Disney World, gained confidence to do SO many things that I wanted. Unfortunately, even with all that good, I still suffered from severe depression, and my usual go-to is food. I began gaining it all back... and here I am today, having lost that dream job and my confidence and my life, at 287.

I've tried so many things to get it back off. Weight Watchers, a couple of attempts at Atkins again that failed... but I could never stay on track. It seemed hopeless. But I finally got my own place this past year, and decided to start Atkins again in January. It's been a LOT easier this time around with only me, and having only the food I bring into the house! I've lost 17 pounds since I started, but a good 15 of that was the first two or three weeks. And now I'm just... stalled. And getting a bit frustrated.

So here I am, hoping for encouragement, support, advice, recipes, and all that good stuff. :) Hoping to make some friends! I do have a Fitblr Tumblr, if anyone's interested in that link as well. But I do intend to flit around the boards on here! <3
