Hello everyone! Not really sure how to do an introduction because I haven't really started "dieting". I decided as of a few hours ago that I needed to just jump into something already. I'm 27 years old, I've tried many things from starving myself to eating right and exercise. I'm a vegetarian, so things get a bit tricky when it comes to eating, i'm on this medication called Topamax too which is a Godsend for about 90% of the people on it, it's usually something that suppresses most peoples appetites but for me it seems to have done the complete opposite, moving on. For a very long time I tried a diet plan where I had vitamin B injections along with Phentermine pills, I dropped about 20lbs. I've gained albs back but successfully kept 15lbs off with absolutely no effort. Here I am though having a hard with with cravings and everything.
I've come here to maybe get some help with motivation, ideas for anything and a way to jump start some sort of diet / exercise plan. 2 months ago, before I started this medication I weighed 170, right now i'm at 180
