Hi I'm Linval and I am currently living in Fl., also lived in Jamaica so "nuff respect mon" hehe
I have had a bit of trouble with my weight like many here, my problem is usually with keeping the weight off, I lose weight then a few weeks after I way 10lb more than I was before the weight came off lol.
this time I am trying things a bit new, using nutrition as my control to curb my cravings in place of strict self control and dieting my self down to size.
lost over 40lbs in 6 months. 30lb in the first 30 months, just by changing my nutrition and keep building on my existing workout routine. 6 months still losing weight has been a record for me although I must admit my other methods usually pack a faster punch but not long lasting.
