New here! Found this forum by a couple search engines and sites highly suggesting this board.

I'm 25 years old and recently I was promoted at my work from a physically-demanding cashier/stocking(cases of liquor!) to a very sedentary office job this last May. I'm getting more in my pay but also more in pounds. I'm 5'1'' and 140lbs, but all the feedback I hear are from people that don't get that 140lbs looks differently on someone my height vs. someone who's 5'10''!

Looking for some great support from all of you, and looking forward to giving support too!
