Hi guys I'm a newbie from Alberta, Canada. Nice forum - been a lurker for a long time. Always struggled with weight since my teens but even more so after the kiddo was born 11 years ago. I am used to deprivation and weird eating regimes since I've done that most of my life. Been gaining weight since my marriage fell apart and I started a new relationship a couple years back. I'm interested in alternate day fasting - it worked well for a week but then my mom vistited and she gets super insulted if people dont eat, she's an odd duck that way.
So back on the bandwagon now that she's left. I think reading peoples posts about struggless and sucesses will help motivate me, because we all know its not easy.
