Hello everyone I'm new here as you can see in the title im trying to lose about 40 -60 pounds I currently weigh 265 pounds and I wear a 18w and 1x in shirt I want to become a 14 I still want to be thick and not skinny so I would be happy if I can become about 200 pounds by maybe end of summer I came to this form so I can receive tips and motivation support I dont't have at home I have been struggling to get out the 260's for like 2 months I would get close like 261 and then go right back up to 265

if there anyone who been in my situation or is in my situation please give me some tips or suggestions for me to thank you
