I completely stumbled across this website whilst googling about losing weight causing my old c-section scar to be painful (long story

And given that I've been struggling with my weight loss I thought joining the community might help.
I'm only 5ft tall, and since having my second child struggled with weight loss massively! I'm at the heaviest I've been, although changing my habits and switching to water and cutting out my night time snacking on chocolate and crisps only the last few weeks I've lost around 8lb so that is a start.
I'm a stressed out, busy mum to 6 and really need to regain my figure and find me again. I get depressed at my weight and have that vicious over eating cycle to break.
Would welcome any hints, tips, advice and friendly words from anyone
(I'm in UK btw if that makes any difference)
