After a loong time and lots of up and downs I'm back. I have PCOS and my endo just put me on metformin 500 2x daily and a low carb diet. This is all new to me so I thought coming back for your awesome support would be a great idea. I'm 32 have 2 kids work fulltime school fulltime and fortunately get lots of help from my husband, but there are definitely challenges. Anyone know if there is an app for the forums? FYI, I'm thinking of changing my user name if I can figure it out. I want to focus on being healthy not skinny.

I'm new since you left, but welcome back! I'm clueless about apps, sorry, but good luck with your new focus on health rather than being skinny, I think that's a healthy attitude all around and I'm trying to frame it like that too.

I am new and also suffer from PCOS. Currently they just have me back on birth control with no type of treatment.
