Hi everyone

  • My name is lily. I've been stuck at 145 lbs and it is overweight for my small figure. I'm 5 feet 0 inch tall, asian with chinese heritage and small bones. After collage, I was overeating because of stressful condition in my career. My weight keep gaining, and I became depressed and fatigue. Some rashes developed at my thigh and my armpit because of too much fat. I was a healthy 92 lbs girl (it wasn't anorexic figure by the doctor examination). I miss the time when I can move freely, feeling so energetic, I want to bring back my weight to that level. I still kept the clothes of that time

  • Hi Lily! It's a good thing you kept your old clothes, because I'm sure you're going to get back down to your old weight! You'll find lots of support here. Just set your mind to eating healthily and watching portion size, and you'll get there! Good luck!

    You'll find many supportive folks here and like Jacqui_D said, it's good that you have kept your clothes from your smaller size- you'll need them. It's been so long since I was at my healthy weight (20 years now) that what I had from that time is soooo out of style!
