Hi, from a newbie

  • Hi everyone!
    My name is Andrea, i'm a mommy of 4, a wife, a nurse and a full time student .
    I have an extremely busy life and am having a very hard time loosing this darn weight. So here I am for some motivation hopefully.
    I lost all the baby weight after my 4th and final child, I was a stay at home mom and hit the gym 2 hours a day 5 days a week. When I went back to work full time, I let the gym time slip away because I had a hard time fitting it in. So here I am!

  • Hi Andrea! Wow, talk about a super mom! I still can't get over the fact that you managed to go to the gym for 2 hours, 5 days a week, with 4 kids! I have no doubt that with your determination, you will be able to get to the weight you want to be. You may not be able to exercise as much as you want to, but you can control what you eat and how much, and that's the main factor when it comes to weight loss. Exercise when you can, but being a nurse, a mom, and a student, I imagine you take quite a few steps in a day, so you're probably getting more exercise than many of us do already! Good luck. Glad to have you here. You'll find lots of support, and I'm sure you're going to do well!
