I'm a 30 something SAHM of one. I volunteer a few days a week at the library and a local animal rescue doing administrative work.
I went to the urgent care doctor on Aug 29th and found out that my weight was 209lbs. This was a decrease from when I was last weighed in 2011 at 217. It sort of piqued my curiosity to see if I could continue dropping. I made some small changes to my diet, continued the 4 mile walks 4-5 times a week I normally do. I went in the next week for my yearly physical and was 206. I finally broke down and bought a scale Friday and am now at 203.

My goal weight is 175-180. I looked good at that weight and I just don't think it is realistic for me to ever be far under that.
My weight story is something like:
1996: 280 (mostly from Depo, stopped in 1997)
1998: 190
1999: 175
2001: 210
2003: 180
2005: 220
2006: 240 (end of pregnancy)
2008: 270? (I don't know for sure, but I was horrified looking at pics of myself from that time the other day. I was easily over 250)
2011: 217
2013: 203
That's my intro. I look forward to continuing to drop the pounds here.
