I am starting tomorrow 9/5/13. My goal is to lose 40 pounds. I am not sure what I am doing yet but am putting my things together for work tomorrow.
1 drink mix
1 salad 2 cups
4 oz shrimp
coffee and lots of water
I am also taking my pills - do I have it all??

Hi Popeye! Glad you joined us! I'm not sure what a drink mix is, and I'm assuming your pills are meds you are prescribed. It looks like you are going to have a healthy shrimp salad for lunch, so yeah, looks good! Good luck in your weight loss journey!

I am talking about the IP protein packs. It says to put 7 oz of cold water into the shaker then add the packet contents and shake. So I think that is what I am to have for breakfast
