I don't know anything about meal replacement shakes, but I'm sure there are people on here who do! Take a look at the Diet Central section of the forum and you'll probably find some info there. You should also ask your personal trainer. He/She will probably want to make sure you are eating the right kinds of things to energize your body for exercising. What I do know is that you are going to do great! You are organized, you have your dear hubby behind you, you have a gym with daycare, a personal trainer for a year, and now you've found 3FC!
