Hi my name is Chubbly (well my nickname is Chubbly as my sister affectionately calls me) and I am a foodaholic!

After I blew out my 44th birthday candles I had a good look at the celebration photos. My goodness...when did I get that double chin? I know I had some "junk in my trunk," but an SUV of a backside! No wonder the kids beep when I back up...little smarty pants! Playstation gone for a week HA!

So, I had a little cry and thought about everything that lead up to this moment. My one good question to myself was...do I love myself enough to focus on being healthy and setting realistic goals?

The answer to that is YES!

So, here I am putting on my joggers and outside I go for a walk (well, after I finish writing this.) My thighs might burst into flames from the friction but I will do this!

I believe pictures are the best motivators, but sure work on your self esteem (trust me, I've got PLENTY of pictures showing WAY too much of the truth about my weight).
I calorie count and love it because of the freedom to eat normal foods/stuff that I like. I hope you can find what works for you!
