Hey all!
I'm Kimie, I'm 20, and I'm currently the biggest I've ever been in my life. Currently, I'm 230lbs. I'm ashamed and I hate it. So, for the past week, I've been gathering information, resources, and support from my friends around me and I think I've worked up the motivation to start.
I figured some online support wouldn't be a bad thing, so I decided to join here since it seems like this forum is pretty active. I get pretty discouraged, but looking at some of the tickers on here, reading about goals, and seeing the goals being met almost made me cry (literally!)! But in a good way ;P
I saw someone on here who started at something over 200 and was already at 160 and it made me realize that when I get to 160, I'll only have 30lbs left! And I will have lost 70lbs!
Wishful thinking gets me through things! LOL :3
I hope to meet lots of people and support others who support me!

Kimie! I think you'll find this forum very helpful. Somehow just putting the word out publicly of your intentions makes sticking to a diet easier. That's been my experience. Good luck!
I planned on doing zumba in the mornings and a little bit of a small workout (pushups/situps) with my S.O. just until we don't suck enough to get into Insanity, lol!
Welcome, Kimie! I am a big believer in wishful thinking - or positive visualization - myself. It's great that you are researching and building a good support system. That will really help you get healthier!
