Hello there!

My names Laura, I'm 27 from Scotland.

I've been bigger all my life and figured I'd do something about it, I've joined the gym last week and in my first week have lost 10.4lbs!!

I'm joining because I think it will be helpful to have people to talk out my highs and lows with, I'm sure this will be a hard struggle but I'm going for it!

I am also 27 and from Scotland (moray)
also our heights are the same and our start weights are also similar.
this site is great for info, support and a great place to come if you need a laugh (or even a cry!)
jump in the boards and get chatting! there are also great challenges in the 'chicks up for a challenge' board if you fancy.
