Do you have a particular weight loss plan that you intend to use? I ask because we have some forums that are specifically geared to certain plans. Many people choose to count calories (calories in, calories out), some do Weight Watchers, some do Atkins, etc. If you scroll down the main page, you'll see links to Diet Pans and Questions that might be helpful. Lots of people go to the the Weight Loss Support forum to post questions. Under Support Groups, you'll see a 40-something thread. Also under Support Groups, you'll see Chicks Up for Challenge. That sub-forum is very active, and people there will help you get started and stay motivated. Feel free to join the August Weight Loss Challenge and/or exercise challenge or any others on there. If exercise is your thing,you'll find lots of threads for that. So just browse around. Some threads are more active than others, but you are welcome everywhere so just jump in! Good luck!
