Smile I'm back. Hit a bump in the road but definitely back. Help?

And so happy I only gained 6 pounds. It should have been so worse. But I'm a determined girl I won't give up. I have been diagnosed not with bipolar but with aspergers syndrome/autism spectrum disorder (Like when I was 13-only again because the name was changed to autism spectrum disorder). Anyway I am getting my butt back on track! I really need some help guys. I eat when I depressed or bored. What do I do about this? Help? The only thing that seems to stop me is drinking soda but I drink WAY too much. Help?

I bought a cheap journal at the dollar store and I'm trying to grab a pen and write instead of using my hand to open the refrigerator. I just started this...so far, so good! Good luck!!!

My first week I was drinking maybe one soda to each bottle of water. Now I have leftover soda and no idea what to do with it! I drink my water plain but if I need flavor, I like vita splash (the raspberry lemonade) and also the pomegranate cherry crystal light. As for what I do with myself when I feel too bored or depressed, I try writing or drawing when it really gets to me. And if that doesn't work, I mess around with the cat, or find something that is already is clean but could be cleaned a bit more (lol!). Plus I play video games but that's mostly when my boyfriend is home from work.

Do you work out? I find that working out has many benefits. The exercise helps stave off depression, I can't eat if I'm at the gym, I lose weight at a quicker pace, and I am healthier.

I stopped working out for a few weeks, and I went back into a depression. That was 4 months ago. I just started working out again, and I immediately feel the results.

Best of luck on your weight loss. You can do it!
