Hello, I am new to this board. I had always been a pretty "average" size girl, up until I graduated high school that is. After that, it kind of all went down hill. I gained a bunch of weight over the course of a few years, then decided to joined weight watchers and lost 45 pounds in about 3 months. I met my current ex-boyfriend probably 6-9 months after losing the weight, and over the course of our 2.5 year relationship I gained that 45 pounds back, plus about 20 or so more. Now that we are no longer together, after a very rough breakup, and I just finished school, I am trying to move on with my life. So I decided I needed to better myself. I need to make myself happy again and not rely on somebody else. So, I started this journey all over again. Alone. My ex had the worst eating habits I have ever seen anybody have, and that had a huge part on my weight gain because I just lost control and stopped caring, I was in a bad relationship and I gave up on myself. Over the course of the last 3 weeks I have lost about 15 pounds, with a lot more to go. I decided to start doing weight watchers again since I did so well with it last time, except I'm doing it on my own, and not going to meetings. It just gets too expensive for me. And everyone I know eats every single thing they want, so I definitely need some support from somewhere to help me keep going... So, here I am.
