I'm so glad to find this awesome website with fellow IP users sharing lots of great tips! I've been very successful with the weight loss so far (16 lbs in 3 weeks) but not seeing much coming off in inches (7 3/4"). Has anyone else had same experience? My coach says my body is probably still adjusting to the changes so I'll just keep on following protocol and hope for the best. Congrats to all who have been successful and are inspirational to the journey!
Your coach may be right. I can't say more than that, because I haven't been tracking my inches - my stomach is too lumpy really and I wouldn't even know where to start! Welcome to the site, it's sure to keep you inspired!
Starting Week 4 and new to 3FC - question
I don't track inches but I pay attention to clothes sizes and it always takes a while to drop a size even when the scale shows I've lost weight.
