Talking Newbie from MN!

Hi all! I guess I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully receive support and gain friends I'm in my 30's and have a DH and a 12yr. DD that I love very much and want to get healthy for.

I'm a beginner at exercising in general...do not have much rhythm for the dancing cardio. I just finished double majoring for my AA and my AAS in Practical Nursing, and over the course of a year have gained around 30 or so pounds.

It used to be easier to get the weight off in my 20's

Looking for beginner DVD suggestions and any other things you all can think of

Jen
