I'm so sorry that you're having a hard time.
It can be hard in the very beginning when you are just figuring things out. I'm assuming you're calorie counting (but I could be wrong!) since said you hopped on the computer to find the nutritional information.
You may start to notice that certain foods will fill you up, certain foods will make you hungrier, and other foods aren't worth eating if you don't like them. For me, a cup of 150 calorie soup or chili will fill me up for hours, while a 150 calorie plain English muffin will make me hungry within a short time (not to mention tastes better!)
I encourage you to:
#1 - make a plan of exactly what you will eat in your entire day tomorrow down to the condiments (then do it again tomorrow, and the next day)
#2 - research different foods that you enjoy eating, and how to make them fit into your plan
#3 - get in your kitchen and prep
