hello everyone
I'm a person who loves to work out and loves to eat. I've already lost some weight by running and working out. Now I've decided to lose my last 30 pounds by straightening up my eating habits. So I'm just saying hello on my first day of the rest of my healthy life!
I eat about 3,5 oz chocolate a day ...

so I've decided to going to a 1 oz bar just to help my sugar rush.
Other stuff I eat is quite okay I think. Breakfast is a smoothie, then I eat some nuts with coffe, then I eat a vegetarian lunch and eat some bread with spread/eggs or vegetables for dinner.
By adjusting the chocolate intake I'll be reducinglike 500 kcal, so that's okay, right?
As for workout: I've been on a 3-5 times a week regiment for 3 years and I love it!
