I'm Lass22 and I'm new to the site. I have a lot of weight to lose, so will be using a lot of small goals. I need support because I don't have much confidence that I can do it. I hope seeing all of you working on it will help me stick with it. I hope I can be of some help to you too. It would be great to make some new friends.

I'll be in the age 40's group, for another year anyway. I'm single, no kids, just the best dog in the world, my Scottish terrier, Jericho. He's my reason for getting up in the morning.

Hi and welcome!! Setting small goals works for me as well. I'm in my 40's as well - I post in the 40's age group and it's a great group of supportive people there. Nice to meet you! You can do this

I will be 47 in about 2 weeks.
Though I didn't have the confidence in myself either to lose weight, still don't really.. but I've set goals and I'm sticking to them and I'm losing weight. Stick to your goals and don't give up!! I wish you all the best!

i have been trying to lose weight for 4 years and I am a Yo Yo.
I do great then I quit then I do great. But now I just can not get back into that groove. I had such a great support team then they all moved on loss their weight and left me in the dust. Just need help getting started again
