After a year or so hiatus from the weight loss struggle, I'm ready to continue. Vacation last summer started the swirl into the abyss but luckily in the last year I've been able to maintain the almost 40 lbs lost. I have about 40-ish to lose but I'm coming back into the game with a fresh mentality and little less obsessiveness over the scale. Hi everyone!
Thanks Jacqui! Previously, I spent too much time focusing on the weight loss part, not the being healthier part. And in turn, ended up frustrated with the whole plateau business. I needed a break from beating myself up. O.o I worked on an attitude adjustment during my break lol.
