Hello, new to the site

  • Hi Everyone. I am new to the forum and just wanted to stop and say hi. I am a single mom looking at getting back into shape and hope to get some great ideas from others. I am currently on a portion control diet right now, as I am trying to lower my daily intake. Been also trying to eat small snacks between meals to help cut cravings and raise metabolism.

    Looking forward to any advice.

  • I've been working on portion control too. I've cut out all my junk foods and so far I'm losing very well. I wish you all the best!
