Hi all
I am new here. I've been dieting since I can remember, without much success. Always always yoyo-ing. When I lost 10 pounds, I will gain 15 pounds, when I lost 15 pounds, I will gain 20 pounds, etc etc... Have never managed to get into my 'goal' weight yet. I am soooo lacking in motivation and I 'hate' exercising.. uhhh!!! :'(
Anyway, I've managed to lose 20 pounds since January and I have 44 more pounds to go...
Hope we can help motivate each other!!!
