I'm 5.4 and 190 pounds.
i'm planning a diet high in protein and low in carbs, fat and calories. working out 3 hours walk/run in the morning from 5 to 8 am, cardio each day 3 hours at the gym in the afternoon. how much weight can i lose in august and september?
i plan to reach 110 pounds so i plan on losing about 80 pounds. from august to 1st of october i plan to get to 140 pounds. all my time dedicated to weight loss.
