Hi! My name is Tacie. I've always had a passion for health and fitness, but after giving birth to 5 kids (4 girls, 1 boy ages 14-4) and being put on medication for migraines, I was struggling. I'd gained weight that I just couldn't seem to get rid of, despite hours at the gym - lifting weights, running and spinning. Due to a couple of personal family setbacks, I was battling a mild depression and I just didn't feel like myself. I was desperately looking for a way to make permanent changes towards better health. I wanted to feel better, look better, and to set an example for my kids.
I lost 25 pounds in just a couple of months implementing daily habits of health. I lowered my cholesterol and I no longer dread when the alarm clock goes off! I have renewed confidence that I can accomplish anything I want to do. I'm so grateful for a new lease on life and look forward to aging healthier than ever! I love being inspired by other people's transformation stories. I'm always looking to motivate and be motivated by others stories of health, fitness, weight-loss and obstacles that have been overcome! I know that support is crucial to maintaining my health goals and I'm glad I've found this group.
